This week’s episode of Monocycle tackles our theme of the month, mental health, by talking through how we determined this would-be the theme that followed last month (and stood as preface for next month! Which will require that you let your hair down and dance until your feet fall off). I also go into what I do in order to talk myself down from anxiety attacks, which I have been experiencing more frequently lately. I’m not always the best at employing the mechanisms that I have in place, but when I can force myself into the habit of listening to myself, I know that it works. So!
