Last week, on our 50th (yeah!) episode of Oh Boy, we met Sarah Jones, Tony and Obie Award-winning playwright and performer. We also met the many characters that live inside of her.
Today, the conversation between Jones and host Jay Buim continues. The two discuss the work that goes into Jones’s career and how to balance it, challenging the status quo and the research process that goes into her one-woman show. They talk about her involvement with human-rights work through Equality Now (Meryl Streep comes up again) and how, when in the middle of a creative process, discomfort is often the start of something great.
